Music Theory, Composition, and Computer Music

For students wishing to compose and arrange their own music, learn technologies to record and produce music, or study music at a deeper level to help improve as performers.

Music History

These classes offer students a chance to explore music in historical and cultural contexts. Examples include Music Cultures of the World, History of Jazz, American Popular Music, and Intro to Hip Hop.

Piano

Highline offers three levels of group piano classes. Level 1 is a great entry for students with limited or no previous musical experience.
